Job Description

YOUR TASKS :

• Management and organization of the entire production in our factory in Thailand
• Procurement and optimization of all production machines and systems
• Disciplinary and professional management of the production staff
• Workforce planning
• Creation and control / monitoring of the production schedule to ensure on-time and quality order processing
• Planning and support of all technical audits as well as modernization and renovation projects
• Responsibility for all audits

YOUR PROFILE :

• Several years of professional experience as a manager, preferably in industry
• Creative mindset
• Personal initiative and strong hands-on mentality
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Fluent in German and English
