8 Tourism associations call for acceleration of the opening of the country
On Thursday 25 March, STCC Director and Vice President of PATA Thailand Chapter, Mr Lutzi Matzig, along with representatives of other tourism-oriented associations, met with Mr Pipat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Tourism and Sports, to present a plan to open Thailand to tourists on 1 July. The proposal also included vaccine management guidelines and plans to open the country to receive tourists (who are vaccinated) without quarantine.
