The Swiss-Thai Chamber of Commerce is moving its office!

The Swiss-Thai Chamber of Commerce is moving its office! After months of preparations and intensive discussions the Federal Government has given its permission for the STCC to establish its offices on the compound of the Swiss Embassy in Bangkok. This was only possible thanks to the efforts of Ambassador Helene Budliger Artieda and her team. We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to them for their support in making this possible!

Our new location will allow for even closer collaboration with the Embassy on economic matters and representing our members interests. This new set-up will also support the STCC as the local partner of Switzerland Global Enterprise.

Following tradition and underlining our mission as a chamber of commerce, we will establish an office in a shipping container on the compound. The initial drawings have been completed and now it will be implemented.

The planning and implementation of this project was entrusted to our member regroup architecture. Their previous work on projects where shipping containers were converted into living and working spaces is key in realizing this project.

It is foreseen that we will be able to move in by Q3. We will publish status updates regarding this project in the coming weeks.
